SpliceAI2 training data
Training data of SpliceAI2
Trained on splice site and junction usage from 314,745 short-read RNA-seq samples (67,493,026 junctions) in human and nine other mammalian species, and on transcript usage from 330 ENCODE long-read samples in human and mouse. Human: 127,431 samples from recount3 (GTEx, TCGA, CCLE and other SRA-derived projects).

Evidence
Source checking verifies the cited claim or transcription. It does not establish independent reproduction.
Evidence table
Inspect claims, sources and review details
Trace each statement to its source and review. A context-only reference supports the record generally; it does not verify an individual field. Source checking does not reproduce an experiment.
One row per statement and cited source. Multiple citations are not independent evaluations. Shared locators are labelled explicitly.
